The Mission
First Part: Entreprenurial Support
Coalesce: For women called to healing and sisterhood: The Get Well is your business networking community. Through workshops, talks, and practical guidance, we support your next entrepreneurial step.
Our Sisterhood Circles are where the real gold lives—authentic stories of struggle and success, paired with the business wisdom that only comes from lived experience.
When women gather this way, magic happens. We coalesce with intention and love, bringing our collective healing visions to life.
Second Part: Healing the Healers
For the helpers, the holders, the ones who give endlessly: healthcare workers burning out at alarming rates, mothers juggling impossible loads, teachers carrying more than anyone sees. The irony is cruel—those who need restoration most can rarely afford it.
Through grants and sponsorships, The Get Well creates what's been missing: a platform where healers reach their communities and earn what they deserve, while making transformative retreats accessible—or completely free—for the healthcare workers, teachers, and caregivers who sustain us all.
When we invest in those who care for everyone else, the ripple effect changes everything.
You might be working through burnout if:
You feel exhausted even after resting
You’ve lost touch with why your work matters to you
You’re feeling emotionally numb and distant
It feels harder to complete even simple tasks
You need time to slow down and listen to yourself
You're open to exploring what's possible when you prioritize your wellbeing
When we open our hearts to the world, we give of ourselves. And for the healers, the mothers, the creators… there is no other way. Be good to you. We’re here to help.
Here’s how to support the work we’re doing:
Become a Partner of the Get Well. Join us for monthly meetups. Get some workshops and retreats happening!
Donate. Your donation helps women build businesses and connections. Your contribution also ensures that specific experiences reach the populations that need and deserve them. Help us create the support for those who support our children, communities, and the world.
Attend Retreats. Come sit with us! It’s meditation, it's breathwork, it's art, it's poetry…it is sisterhood. And in that sisterhood we create friendships and memories that sustain us.
Try something new or take a moment to recharge.
